Experience

Required

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Those with experience in project management and review of open web projects with technical knowledge to develop and lead SaaS projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects as a PMO
• Experience in setting goals, evaluating, and developing engineers
• Experience in development work on open web projects
• Experience in visualizing business processes and manuals

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Basic knowledge of database management
• Basic knowledge of cloud platform
• Basic knowledge of networking and security
• Basic knowledge of system architecture design

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
• Basic knowledge of version control system
• Basic knowledge of test automation
• Hands on experience as engineer / lead in some parts of our tech stack in previous or current role.
