Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are hiring for an Industrial automation company aimed at improving the productivity of the nation's

factories by providing camera-based automatic inspection and monitoring solutions for error-proofing &

quality control using AI & Machine Vision.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, camera and optics, or artificial intelligence, coupled with excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Manage project risks, resolve challenges, and ensure quality deliverables.

- Ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.

- Team Collaboration

- Foster cross-departmental coordination and effective communication.

- Quality Assurance

- Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction

- Meet or exceed client expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Implement and optimize processes for efficiency and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Project Timeliness: Percentage of projects completed on schedule.

- Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects delivered within budget.

- Client Satisfaction: Client feedback scores or Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Quality Metrics: Number of defects or rework in deliverables.

- Risk Mitigation: Percentage of identified risks successfully mitigated.

- Team Engagement: Employee satisfaction and feedback scores.

Skills & Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or Computer Science.

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial automation.

- Technical expertise in automation, vision systems, or AI.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, Jira ).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
