Technical Project Manager

Overview

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Ensure project goals align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development, system architecture, and security.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
• Assist in code reviews, system design discussions, and troubleshooting issues when necessary.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor project health and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Budget & Resource Management

• Define and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasting.
• Optimize resource utilization and team productivity.
• Ensure alignment of team capacity with project timelines.
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel

Process Improvement & Best Practices

• Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as per project needs.
• Continuously improve project management processes and frameworks.
• Advocate for automation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project management tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and APIs is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or other enterprise platforms is preferred.

Project Management Skills

• Proven experience in managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus
• 7-8 years of experience in software development or IT leadership, with a proven track record in project management.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and drive collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
