Role Overview

The technical project manager will lead and oversee web development projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing technical standards, including web coding practices, tools, frameworks, and platforms. Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee web projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and establish communication strategies.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and change requests while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Manage and motivate the web development team to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct regular technical meetings to address progress, challenges, and project goals.
• Provide guidance and training to developers and engineers, fostering team growth and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and regular progress reports.
• Make design choices, define technical standards, and oversee implementation.
• Evaluate and improve technical processes to enhance project outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve coding or design issues as they arise.
• Mock up front-end designs with appealing visual elements.
• Ensure final products are functional, meet client requirements, and adhere to quality standards.
• Utilize tools and technologies to create intuitive and user-friendly solutions.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Knowledge of back-end languages: Java, Python, PHP.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Node.js.
• Understanding databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design principles.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with project estimation, tracking milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in web development and project management roles.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or web development are a plus.
