Your Role

• The requirement is for a Technical Project Manager with expertise on Microsoft technology stack (.NET/SQL Server/Azure/Generative AI/Power Platform), having 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Work with the client and internal stakeholders to plan and implement projects.
• Ensure to manage timelines, scope, budget and resourcing.
• Track project deliverables and project performance and report them.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders.
• Write technical documents, create presentations, create reports for clients, team and other stakeholders.
• Work with Agile methodology and execute sprints effectively.
• Work directly with the client and onshore customers/users to understand the requirements, analyze them, propose a solution and guide the team to develop it.
  
  

Your Profile

• Develop high-level and low-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Plan and lead proof of concepts (POCs) in support of new technology and/or new design approaches.
• Communicate designs, concepts and guidelines to development team effectively.
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure project timelines, team productivity and quality of deliverables.
• Lead a team of experienced developers and take ownership of their work.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, maintainability, scalability etc.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of development methodologies, software design patterns, and integration standards.
• Ensure quality releases for highly scalable systems.
• Should be able to work in a 24x7, fast paced and pressing environment.
• Depending on the project need, should have flexibility to work in any shift/timings.
• Having PMP certification is a plus.
