Technical Lead (.NET Cloud)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced C# &.Net Engineer with a strong background in Cloud development and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a blend of software engineering expertise and platform reliability skills, ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS-based cloud solutions.As a key technical leader, you will work with globally distributed teams to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud environments, automate infrastructure, and enhance system performance. You will also mentor and guide engineers, driving best practices in cloud operations, software engineering, and automation.Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, with a strong focus on backend cloud services.
• 4+ years leading Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to balance technical and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
• Experience in MS SQL performance tuning and database management.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Engineering team, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Architect, develop, and optimize cloud-based SaaS platforms using C#/.NET for backend services.
• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure, leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform for automated cloud provisioning.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Establish and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability through Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps practices to streamline deployment and operations.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortems, improving system resilience.
• Collaborate with product and software engineering teams to integrate platform enhancements seamlessly.
• Engage in on-call rotations to support incident response and ensure system stability.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
