Designation :Technical Lead (Mean/ Mern)
Experience Range : 6+ years

What is the work?

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Oversee the design and development of scalable and robust applications using MEAN/MERN stack.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design application architecture and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Engage in pre-sales discussions to gather requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, including effort estimation and timelines.
• Create prototypes or proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure technical alignment with client expectations.
• Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js/Angular, and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in web and application development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role, guiding teams and driving technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience with other tech stacks or frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain technologies.
• Certifications in cloud technologies or project management.
