Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to drive innovation within our dynamic Digital Global Functions. This role is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

This role focuses on designing and developing robust architectural solutions that align with our business goals and technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position emphasizes high-level solution design and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design and Strategy:

• Develop and maintain high-level architectural designs for solutions that meet business objectives and adhere to enterprise standards.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define architectural solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on architectural direction and technical feasibility.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on technology trends, industry best practices, and potential architectural improvements.
  
  

Guidance And Oversight

• Provide high-level guidance to development teams during the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are implemented in line with architectural standards.
• Review and approve architectural decisions, solution designs, and system integrations proposed by development teams.
• Assist in defining and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and best practices across projects.
  
  

Documentation And Compliance

• Document solution architectures, including diagrams, technical specifications, and integration points, ensuring that they are kept up-to-date and accessible.
• Participate in architectural governance processes to review and approve new solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards.
  
  

Vendor Management

Experience in vendor management, including the ability to collaborate with external vendors to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, large-scale solutions across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks, cloud platforms and integration patterns.
  
  

Skills

• Highly skilled with expertise in .NET and Java technologies
• Experienced in delivering SaaS applications, with a strong understanding of cloud environments, scalability, and multi-tenancy
• Ability to manage project deliverables, understand Agile Framework, be knowledgeable with requirements gathering
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration, with good exposure and experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient API solutions.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to oversee and guide technical teams without requiring direct hands-on involvement in coding or implementation.
• Proficiency in architectural modeling and documentation tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise systems, ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation projects.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, with an understanding of how architecture fits into these frameworks.
