Job Overview:
At Conexao Technology Solutions we are a team of Automation & Software Experts headquartered in Goa. We are looking for a Technical Lead – IoT Product Development to spearhead the design and development of scalable, secure, and innovative IoT products. This role requires strong technical expertise in IoT architectures, control systems, and cloud integration, along with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers. You will work closely with product management and R&D teams to develop high-performance IoT solutions that meet market demands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of IoT products.
Define IoT system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Develop embedded software, firmware, and cloud integration strategies.
Drive hardware-software integration, working with sensors, microcontrollers, and communication modules.
2.Guide the engineering team in best practices for IoT development.
Introduce AI/ML-driven IoT solutions for predictive analytics and automation.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap.
3.Work with IoT protocols like MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, BLE, and Zigbee.
Implement cloud-based IoT solutions using AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
Optimize real-time data processing, analytics, and edge computing frameworks.
4. Ensure IoT security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and OTA updates.
Improve system performance, power efficiency, and data handling capabilities.
Ensure compliance with global IoT standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
5.Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of engineers.
Establish agile development methodologies for efficient project execution.
Conduct technical reviews, architecture discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in IoT product development.

Strong proficiency in .Net, Python, React and Node.js.
Expertise in IoT cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven IoT analytics.
Deep understanding of IoT security, data encryption and OTA updates.
Experience in NoSQL databases for IoT data storage.

Proven experience in leading teams and driving product development.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers, designers and customers.

Experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT).
Knowledge of DevOps for IoT (CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, OTA updates).
Experience in Edge AI, Digital Twins and predictive maintenance solutions.
Published research, patents or contributions to open-source IoT projects.

Should be currently residing in Goa or a Goan looking to relocate back to Goa
