Technical Lead – Fullstack Engineer

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in software design and development while providing hands-on technical guidance.

  Lead architectural and technical decision-making, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the demands of the Guest Experience product.

• 
  Full stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the product.

• 
  Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of product features and user experiences.

• 
  Advocate for coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices to maintain high code quality and scalability.

• 
  Lead the team in Agile development practices, helping to plan and prioritize work while ensuring timely delivery of features.

• 
  Contribute to the integration of AI technologies into the product, improving the Guest Experience through data-driven insights and automation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.

    Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks: Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

    Strong backend development skills with Node.js or similar technologies.

    Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and integration with AI platforms.

    Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services, and DevOps practices.

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
