Job Title: Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer (Flutter, React, NodeJS)

Experience Required: 7+yrs as Tech Lead
Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to help design and develop high-quality web and mobile apps. The job involves working with both front-end (Flutter, React) and back-end (NodeJS) technologies. The right person will have leadership skills and technical knowledge to guide the team in creating innovative and efficient solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Help guide and support a team of developers throughout the entire development process.
• Full Stack Development: Build complete solutions, including both the front-end (using React and Flutter) and the back-end (using NodeJS).
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to ensure the project meets business goals.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Review code to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• System Design: Lead the design of the overall system and databases to ensure the app is scalable and efficient.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Fix bugs and improve the performance of both the front-end and back-end.
• Agile Development: Participate in agile development processes, including planning, meetings, and reviews.
• Technical Documentation: Ensure the code is well-documented and that the technical details are clear for everyone involved.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new technology trends and implement innovative solutions in the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Front-end Expertise: BE - 5 yrs FE - 3 Experience with Flutter and React to build mobile and web apps.
• Back-end Expertise: Strong knowledge of NodeJS for building server-side applications.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and mentor junior developers.
• Version Control: 5 yrs Experience with Git or similar tools to manage code versions.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
• Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools for continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Database Knowledge: Experience with databases like MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an agile environment with tools like Jira or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks ( Vue).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication skills to work well with the team and stakeholders.
