Our Finance Technology Team is at the heart of automating processes such as billing, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial planning, budgeting, and other integral accounting operations. We're dedicated to refining and automating these processes, serving a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Our goal is to elevate the finance community with enhanced integrations and unparalleled financial insights. As our Technical Lead, you'll work with a talented team of techno-functional consultants and engineers, as they tackle process intricacies using cutting-edge technology to engineer scalable solutions.

• Lead and deliver finance transformation projects in a team of 5 – 7 application specialists and engineers

• Provide technical leadership to a team of elite engineers and technical consultants focusing on ERP solutions like Oracle NetSuite.

• Conduct and lead architecture/design reviews, code reviews, and promote best practices in ERP software development.
  Architect the future of Enterprise Apps in collaboration with senior engineers on your team, ensuring clarity and setting the optimal priorities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, ER diagrams, and UML diagrams specific to ERP solutions.

• Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams for a unified approach to ERP solution delivery.

• Cultivate a self-organized, agile, and autonomous team — pivotal attributes for sustained success.

• Forge strong ties with project managers and business analysts in the finance transformation squad. Bolster robust cross-functional collaborations, streamline communication, and synchronize stakeholder objectives for project success.

• Champion stellar engineering practices within the team, such as TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, ensuring enhanced quality and swifter market releases.

• Spotlight our brand in the tech community, representing us at meetups, conferences, and tech debates, ensuring we attract and retain the industry's best.

What we are looking for?

• Experience in developing, architecting, and maintaining SaaS ERP solutions or similar large-scale enterprise-grade services.

• Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite development is a must. Good to have development experience in Workday, SAP, or Dynamics.

• Profound understanding of the corporate finance domain and its relation to ERP solutions.

• A proven track record , leading cross-functional teams and executing intricate ERP and integration projects, both on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Knowledge of integration platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or SAP PI/PO is highly regarded.

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with advanced CI/CD methodologies.

• Profound familiarity with integrating both contemporary and legacy enterprise SaaS/on-prem solutions, spanning CRM, ERP, Billing, Fulfilment, and Service platforms.

• Leadership that fosters trust, provides clear direction, and empowers team members.

• A strategic mindset complemented by sharp analytical and problem-solving prowess.

• A genuine zeal for continuous learning, staying updated with the latest in ERP technologies and integration strategies.

• Flexibility to adapt to business evolution and an appetite for innovation are especially valued.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Prior exposure to iPaaS solutions will be a considerable advantage.
