Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central) and AX to drive end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration projects. This role involves leading technical teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC) and AX solutions.
- Provide technical architecture guidance and ensure best practices in customization, integration, and upgrades.
- Oversee data migration, security configurations, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Customization & Development:
- Develop custom modules, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 & AX.
- Utilize X++, C#, Power Platform, Azure services, and Power BI for system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft guidelines and industry standards.
Integration & Support:
- Design and implement API integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, errors, and system inconsistencies.
- Support and enhance existing ERP functionalities for finance, supply chain, and operations.
Project & Team Collaboration:
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and debugging.
- Coordinate with business users to conduct UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or AX.
- Strong background in ERP implementation, system configuration, and technical support.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in X++, C#, .NET, Power Platform, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Workflows, Power Automate, and Data Entities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, API development, and data integrations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,850,000.00 per year
