Technical Lead (Dotnet) (Male or Female)
Location: Kochi / Trivandrum
Experience Required: 8-10 years

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in .NET development, with strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing technical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MVC architecture, Web API, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable .NET-based applications.
• Manage the technical aspects of projects, including architecture, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Review and optimize existing code for better performance and scalability.
• Guide the team in adopting new technologies and tools, improving development processes.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends.
