Technical Lead/developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead-(.Net developer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET development and a strong ability to gather client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead a development team. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership skills, and client-facing capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops with clients.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

Technical Leadership & Development:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and best practices in development.
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Manage and mentor a team of .NET developers, conducting code reviews and technical guidance.
• Assign tasks, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct technical training sessions and promote continuous learning within the team.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Communicate technical constraints, risks, and project timelines effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and demos to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API).
• Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, and database design.
• Expertise in client requirement gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation.
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Prior experience leading client-facing projects.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
