Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Intune Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Intune Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions.
- Implement and manage the Microsoft Intune environment to support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Configure and deploy policies for mobile devices, applications, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and mobile device management.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Intune functionalities.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Intune features and best practices.
- Configure and manage device policies and profiles to ensure compliance and security.
- Enrol and onboard devices, troubleshoot enrolment issues, and support remote device management.
- Deploy and manage applications to end-user devices, ensuring secure and efficient distribution.
- Implement app protection policies and conditional access to secure corporate data on mobile devices.
- Ensure that Intune policies align with security and compliance standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and apply appropriate security configurations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and incidents.
- Generate and present reports on Intune usage, security, and compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Microsoft Intune certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune administration and configuration.
