Technical Lead (C/C++/Linux)

Overview

Role: Tech Lead (C/C++/Linux/Python/Docker)
Exp Required : 5-9 years (Min 1 year as a leader)
Location : Kharadi, Pune

Key responsibilities :

• Providing technical leadership to the team
• Managing customer satisfaction
• Hands on with technology - Design/Develop/Review complex modules by self if needed
• Implementing continuous improvements in engineering practices - including process optimization, tools adoption and encouraging automation, impart training etc.

Technical Leadership

• Mentoring/Guiding and unblocking team on daily basis
• In-depth reviews of design, code, tests, manuals, processes
• Implement process improvements as and when required
• Owning quality and schedule of deliveries made by team
• Implementing best software engineering practices in team peer reviews, automation

Required Skills :

• Strong in C, C++
• Working experience in Video Decoder or Multimedia domain
• Working experience in Multimedia framework like GStreamer & Multimedia application developments
• Knowledge on different Multimedia Frameworks (Gstreamer, FFMPEG) and multimedia file formats
• Knowledge on Video Codecs (H264 / MPEG/HEVC / VP9 / AV1) specifications
• Hands-on experience with Linux development environment including GCC & make files.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Should be Research minded with strong analytical skills. Willing to be part of early prototyping work on Future technologies.
• Proficient in Debugging (GDB, Valgrind)
• Hands-on experience in GIT and Docker
• Experience with structured software development methodologies such as Agile.
• Have proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Should have sound knowledge of Design patterns
• Experience with Python and Open CV is plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
