Technical Lead (Angular, .Net)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Technical / Project Lead Delivery Head
Experience : 8 – 10years
Location : Trivandrum, Technopark

1. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / RESPONSIBILITIES
o Lead and Mentor the team technically.
o Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code which gives utmost performance, maintainable, clear and concise.
o Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable applications/system
o Translate Business Requirements into system design
o Review the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by team.
o Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.
o Developing frame work required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers
o Preparing HLD, LLD and SAD documents / architecture for applications features business components and data models.
o Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
o Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.
o Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
o Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solution team) and external stake holders (Customer)
o Contribute on backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and demos

2. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (ii)
o 7+ years of experience in software design, development and deployment
o Must have extensive experience in architecture, design and development on
(i) RESTful APIs and development experience using C#.NET React.js / Angular o Must have experience of relational database such as My SQL, MS SQL Server, NoSQL databases PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
o Must have experience in Web Services, SOAP, TCP, Microservices
o Must have excellent experience in debugging, Problem Solving and root cause analysis
o Must have experience on writing xUnit or Microsoft Test Framework.
o Must have experience in message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka
o Must have experience with CI tools on Maven, Gitlab, Jenkins etc building pipelines.
o Exposure to new tech stacks: AI, ML, BigData, Cloud, Broker Engine, Rule Engine, Report Builder
o Strong exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable full stack applications)
o Experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure.
o Should have good experience of creating designs & design patterns.
3. EDUCATION
o Engineering background (Btech / MTech / MCA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
