Technical Lead

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to guide our development team, oversee software projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and team leadership, with the ability to collaborate across departments to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.

• Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.

• Perform code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure maintainability.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Mentor and support software engineers in their technical growth.

• Provide guidance on complex technical issues and decision-making.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

Project Management & Execution

• Break down projects into actionable tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure high-quality documentation of code, architectures, and processes.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Manage technical debt and proactively address long-term maintainability concerns.

Technology & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

• Introduce and implement emerging technologies that align with business goals.

• Advocate for automation, testing, and CI/CD best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, PostgreSQL and Vue3

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, startup, or enterprise environment.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the tech community.
