We have an Opening for Tech Lead for an IT Company

Location- Lower Parel.Ctc – 25 lpa-35 lpa Requirements.

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 12+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead.Technical Expertise:Proficiency in Flutter for mobile development.Strong experience with Node.js for backend development.Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management.Deep knowledge of AWS for cloud infrastructure.Exposure to Unity for game development. Important but compulsory.Clean Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable, clean, and maintainable code architecture.Leadership Skills: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling tech teams in a startup or high-growth environment.Problem Solving: Ability to think critically, debug efficiently, and address performance bottlenecks.DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices for deployment and system monitoring.Agility: Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast iterations.Kindly Share your resume on Fatima@itechsolutions.net,in, call /whatsapp on 9220105559
