Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack Development
Location: Pune, India
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Training Requirement: For the initial 2-3 months, candidates will undergo offline training in India or the Middle East region.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead – Full Stack Development to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Stack development with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern development frameworks. This role requires hands-on coding, mentoring developers, and implementing best practices in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Work in an Agile environment, utilizing JIRA for sprint planning, issue tracking, and project management.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Utilize Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and microservices deployment.
• Maintain and enhance database performance, working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and using JIRA for project tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of TypeScript for scalable frontend/backend development.
• Experience with Next.js, Express.js, and NestJS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for message-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools or experience integrating AI-driven solutions into applications.
