Technical Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Design and architect comprehensive integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere
platform to connect enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, logistics, supply chain, etc.).
o Design , Develop and Support experience on B2B EDI/RN/X12 standard is must.
o BOOMI API management support and develop experience is must.
o Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with integration
best practices, performance standards, and security policies.
o Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from planning and design to development,
deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
o Select appropriate Boomi connectors and components based on system integration
requirements.
o Create integration patterns, reusable components, and frameworks to streamline future
development efforts.
o Ensure proper data governance, integrity, and compliance across integrations, especially
in hybrid cloud environments.
o Mentor and provide technical leadership to Boomi developers and cross-functional
teams.
o Collaborate with enterprise architects and system owners to identify integration
opportunities and resolve complex technical challenges.
o Serve as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting and incident response, ensuring
timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
o Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations to ensure
system uptime and reliability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
o Hands-on experience with Boomi deployment models and capacity planning for
performance, architecting services for scalability.
o Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (e.g., SOA, ESB, API-led
connectivity, event-driven architecture).
o Expertise in service-oriented design concepts, architecting for composability and reuse,
and domain-driven design.
o In-depth knowledge of Boomi connectors, APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and data
integration technologies.
o Experience with large-scale integration projects, including hybrid cloud and on-premise
architectures.
o Strong knowledge of security best practices in integration, including data encryption,
secure protocols, and identity management.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
