We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Developer with expertise in Angular and Node.js to drive the development of high-quality user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading a UI development team, be well-versed in unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, and be a go-getter with a keen eye for code quality. The person should be able to provide candid feedback, mentor the team, and ensure best UI/UX practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of UI components using Angular and Node.js.
• Architect scalable and maintainable UI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of UI developers, providing technical direction and code reviews.
• Enforce high-quality coding practices by implementing unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend services.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Take ownership of UI performance optimizations, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Drive code reviews, design discussions, and technical improvements within the team.
• Provide candid and constructive feedback to improve team performance and code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, frameworks, and best practices to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in UI development with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and Node.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma and end-to-end testing tools.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and front-end integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of state management (RxJS, NgRx, Redux) and UI performance optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality code under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and provide clear feedback.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Angular Universal.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Webpack, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Micro Frontends and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
