Technical Lead

Overview

We are looking for a 5+ year experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in full-stack web and mobile app development to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB and should be proficient in both frontend and backend development.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing our web and mobile applications while mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications.

2. Architect, design, and implement frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) solutions.

3. Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications.

4. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

5. Guide and mentor the engineering team in best coding practices, architecture, and problem-solving.

6. Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing applications.

7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our tech stack.

8. Oversee deployment processes and DevOps best practices to ensure seamless CI/CD.

Other Skills:

A. Required skills & qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in full-stack web and mobile app development.

2. Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments.

4. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and frontend performance optimization.

5. Proficiency in database design, indexing, and performance tuning for MongoDB.

6. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

8. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

9. Experience with mobile app development (React Native is a plus).

B. Nice-to-have skills:

1. Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, Docker, Kubernetes.

2. Knowledge of unit testing, Jest, Cypress.

3. Familiarity with Headless CMS, Serverless functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹660,250.45 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
