Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux Basics Windows Basics Apache Tomcat Server Admin Cloud Basics and MQ Administration. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution Merchandising and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in implementing and maintaining Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Oversee the administration of Apache Tomcat servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide support and management for cloud-based solutions ensuring seamless integration and operation.
• Manage MQ Administration tasks to ensure efficient message queuing and system communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Implement best practices for system security and data protection.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Linux Basics Windows Basics Apache Tomcat Server Admin Cloud Basics and MQ Administration.
• Nice to have experience in Sales Planning & Execution Merchandising and Finance & Accounting.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
• Must have the ability to document technical processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Must have a strong understanding of system security and data protection best practices.
