Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic Technical Lead (T4) with a blend of leadership, hands-on development expertise, and operational proficiency. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution, driving new projects from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage new projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Develop and optimize codebases using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
• Manage infrastructure with Kubernetes and address operational challenges.
• Perform deployments and system configurations as needed.
• Drive migration projects from IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) to CaaS containerization using Azure Kubernetes.
• Foster seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong development experience, with a primary focus on Python.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux systems.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS experience is an added advantage).
• Experience in infrastructure and incident management.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their integration into modern systems.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6+ years of core development experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
