Technical Lead

Overview

· Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.

· Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.

· Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.

· Manage and optimize server infrastructure for smooth deployment and

· performance.

· Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization.

· Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development

· processes.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

· Team Management & Leadership:

· Build and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative

· work culture.

· Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

· Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

· Encourage innovation, skill development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and

· stakeholders.

· Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring

· alignment on goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
