Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Lead MuleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. As a Senior Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Lead MuleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. As a Senior Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other IT teams to define and implement integrated solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of MuleSoft applications through best practices and standards.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex MuleSoft applications.
- 24x7 Support: Manage and provide 24x7 support for MuleSoft applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Platform Setup: Set up and configure the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including environments, VPCs, and VPNs.
- Load Balancer Configuration: Configure and manage dedicated load balancers to ensure optimal distribution of API traffic.
- Performance Metrics: Generate and analyze various metrics related to API performance, such as response time, throughput, and error rates.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents and diagrams.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance and scalability of MuleSoft applications.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in MuleSoft development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, CloudHub, and Anypoint Studio.
- Strong experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of SOA, REST, and web services.
- Experience with Mule ESB, DataWeave, and MUnit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Additional Skills:
- Proficiency with RAML and/or OAS for API design.
- Working knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of pub/sub messaging patterns.
- Experience with Maven for build automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and YAML data formats.
- Understanding of HTTP, JMS, and AMQP protocols.
- Experience with API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of API security, including OAuth and JWT.
- Experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric and API governance.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Architect certification.
- Experience with advanced components of API Manager (policies, analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in leading large-scale integration projects.
