We are seeking a skilled Lead Developer with a strong focus on React, Node.js and proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), and Good knowledge in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our development team. As a Lead Developer at Facctum, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js. along with mentoring junior developers.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, RDBMS concepts, AWS skills and should have lead a team of 2-3 developers.

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js.
• Build efficient and reusable front-end components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
• Work closely with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Implement and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Utilize basic AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve issues reported by QA and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React, RDBMS, AWS, and web development.
• Should be able to actively contribute in technical design.
• Mentor a team of junior developers and guide them whenever required.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a focus on MERN Stack.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with low level solution design and implementation.
• Hands on experience with React.js and Node.js
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.
• Strong knowledge of front-end build tools, such as Webpack.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with database technologies, especially MongoDB, and RDBMS concepts.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading a squad of junior developers.
