Job Responsibilities
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 6-7 Years
- Client Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients and manage expectations effectively.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output.
- Provide technical mentorship and support team members in problem-solving.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Project Planning & Deadline Management
- Break down projects into tasks and allocate them to team members.
- Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Track progress and resolve any blockers or risks to project delivery.
- Architecture & Design Decisions
- Design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Make key decisions on frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure the team delivers well-tested, efficient, and bug-free code.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and enforce testing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
