Join our dynamic Network Services Platform (NSP) team as a Technical Lead, where you’ll collaborate with designers and product managers to enhance the Nokia Network Management platform for carrier-grade IP networks, with a strong focus on quality. Join our dynamic Network Services Platform (NSP) team as a Technical Lead, where you’ll collaborate with designers and product managers to enhance the Nokia Network Management platform for carrier-grade IP networks, with a strong focus on quality. In this role, you’ll drive test automation using frameworks like Robot, Selenium, and Cypress, while expanding your expertise in network technologies such as IP/MPLS, GNMI, and NETCONF/YANG. You’ll work alongside skilled engineers, solving complex challenges and contributing to cutting-edge solutions. Be part of a culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Create and execute test plans for functional and system testing.
- Review test plans, test procedures, and infrastructure for adequacy and correctness.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript/Python, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and reliability.
- Integrate automation into the regression infrastructure.
- Enhance test strategies with real-world customer deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with the product documentation team to create and maintain customer documentation.
You have:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Working experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Robot.
- Knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience in EMS/NMS products.
- Knowledge of Network Management protocols like SNMP, GNMI, NETCONF/YANG, and other networking technologies like IP/MPLS.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
