Job Overview:

Islamicly is looking for a Technical Lead to drive the development and launch of new fintech products. You will lead the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of solutions built on ASP.NET (C#), Angular, MS SQL, and API integrations. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with experience in fintech, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure product development aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Product Development:

• Lead end-to-end development of new fintech products, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Architect and design solutions using ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance product functionality.
• Oversee cloud-based deployments, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

Strategy & Execution:

• Define the technical roadmap aligned with company strategy and market needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business teams to turn ideas into fully functional products.
• Ensure adherence to Islamic finance principles and regulatory compliance in product design.

Team & Process Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and security.
• Implement agile development methodologies for efficient and timely product delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software quality standards.

Integration & Security:

• Design and manage database architecture using MS SQL Server for optimized performance.
• Ensure seamless integration with banking and fintech platforms via APIs.
• Implement security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and fraud prevention.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in ASP.NET (C#), Angular, and MS SQL.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role, managing development teams.
• Experience in API development & integration, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Background in fintech, banking, or financial services is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance principles is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
