Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using Python programming language and related frameworks.
• Creating design documents including technical design diagrams.
• Recognize the client's needs and implement the functional requirements in accordance with them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and create technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, automation following software development best practices and standards.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with software development standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of overall experience working as Tech Lead on Python.
• Must have hands-on experience in Python programming with a deep understanding of core concepts and libraries.
• Good to have .NET development experience.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python programming and strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with databases like MSSQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Excellent understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure SQL Database.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field.
