Job Description: Technical Lead (Full Stack ERP SaaS Application)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of our full-stack ERP SaaS application. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, and develop a cloud-native, multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform.
• Lead a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps.
• Ensure seamless Azure-based deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee integrations with financial, procurement, and field service applications.
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
• Guide best practices in DevOps, microservices, and API development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in full-stack development with leadership experience.
• Expertise in Azure, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java, React, Typescript, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial integrations, and construction SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Playwright for automated testing.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Docker, Pubsub, and event-driven architectures.
• Background in AI/ML-driven analytics for construction tech.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
