Overview
We are looking for a passionate" Technical Lead "to bridge the gap between development and project management. The ideal candidate is a skilled developer eager to expand their expertise into project planning, execution, and team leadership
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and project stakeholders
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee code reviews, design discussions, and the implementation of best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the project's success.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adapt plans as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure the team’s technical growth.
- Experience: 4-6 years as a developer with a strong track record in full-stack or specialized development.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for technology and interest in transitioning to a leadership and project management role.
- Prior experience leading small projects or teams.
- Work with a talented, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
