About the Role

VIR Consultants is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to drive the development and technical strategy of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in PHP Symfony and a strong understanding of Vue/Nuxt frameworks, alongside hands-on experience with both REST and GraphQL APIs. This role requires someone who can not only lead a team of developers but also actively contribute to system architecture, DevOps practices, and the automation of development processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Leadership:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design, and testing.

2. Oversee the technical roadmap and contribute to strategic planning for current and future projects.

· Software Development

1. Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable applications using PHP Symfony.

2. Integrate and work with Vue/Nuxt frameworks for frontend development with moderate expertise.

3. Develop and manage APIs, both RESTful and GraphQL, ensuring robust and secure integrations.

· CI/CD & DevOps:

1. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and implement auto DevOps processes to streamline deployments.

2. Leverage strong DevOps capabilities to monitor, maintain, and optimize infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

· Collaboration & Innovation:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

2. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in development practices.

· Quality Assurance:

1. Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

2. Ensure technical documentation is maintained for ongoing projects and future reference.

Required Skills & Experience

· Extensive Experience in PHP Symfony:

· Proven track record in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using Symfony.

· Moderate Expertise in Vue/Nuxt:

· Hands-on experience with Vue/Nuxt framework, with the ability to contribute to frontend development and integration.

· API Development:

· Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining both REST and GraphQL APIs.

· CI/CD and Auto DevOps:

· Demonstrable experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and implementing auto DevOps processes.

Experience Range: Total work experience ranging between 8 to 20 years in relevant roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
