Job Responsibilities :-

· Mentoring Technical team.

· Assigning accounts to the Technical team & monitoring activity of each account to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction.

· Monitoring certification status of the technical team as per the certification plan shared by SOLIDWORKS.

· Monitoring and recording Demos delivered by technical Pre-sales Team every Month.

· Recording, monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of technical team.

· Technical Event/ Webinar/Activity Planning for customers and prospects.

· Customer Auditing.

· New product learning as suggested by SOLIDWORKS.

· Closely Working with Subscription & Customer Care Team.

Min EDU Qualification required: B.Tech Min Experience required: Minimum 7 yrs Skills required :

· Experience of Team Handling.

· Experience of using CRM software.

· Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

· Experience of using SOLIDWORKS Products.

· Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
