Role Overview:

We are hiring Assistant Tech Leads / Tech Leads with expertise in any of the following technologies: Python, React.js, JavaScript, .NET, or any modern frontend technology. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them in technical decisions.

Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using your area of expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Code review, debugging, and optimization for better performance.

Ensure best coding practices, security standards, and documentation.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and bring innovation to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python, React.js, JavaScript, .NET, or frontend technologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.

Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring developers.

Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience in Agile methodologies.
