Job Title: Technical Lead - Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to software development teams, ensuring best practices and clean coding standards.
- Collaborate with Architects to translate technical vision into actionable plans.
- Drive the creation of Technology Foundation proposals aligned with digitization strategy.
- Lead the enforcement of development standards ensuring code quality, security, and scalability.
- Architect and implement high-performance software solutions using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, .NET Core, Blazor, Power Platform).
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in software product development.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in .NET, Azure, .NET Core, Blazor, Power Platform.
- Proficiency in clean coding, source control practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with Architects and contributing to technical decisions (min. 2 years).
- Strong understanding of low-code platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Previous leadership or technical lead experience.
- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
