About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Lead with expertise in full-stack development, leadership, and project management. The ideal candidate will lead multiple development projects, mentor teams, and drive the execution of scalable software solutions while ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and developers.
• Set objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure high team performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement best coding practices.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

Technical Strategy & Innovation:

• Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.

Project Management & Execution:

• Oversee end-to-end technical project delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage scope changes and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving:

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in full-stack development.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior management.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business goals.

Technical Skills Required: Full-Stack Development Expertise:

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular, HTML, CSS.
• Backend: Core Java 1.8+ (Java 21 LTS preferred), Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Performance: OAuth2, JWT, OWASP Top 10, API Security.

AI & Automation:

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Google Vertex AI).
• AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent code generation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Strong experience in leading teams and handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proven expertise in mobile and web application development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and build high-performing teams.
