Overview
Job Responsibilities:-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance with our call center solution software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with customers via phone, email, or remote desktop to provide step-by-step guidance and solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Continuously update and expand your knowledge of our software and industry best practices to provide informed support.
- Participate in periodic on-call support rotations to provide assistance during non-business hours, as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:-0-2years
Skill:-(computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, Networking & Linux, Server Technologies)
Salary:-10,000 - 15,000(PM)
