Overview
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
1) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and changes to existing systems/processes.
2) Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3) Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases and project plans.
4) Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
5) Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
6) Assist pre-sales team with feature listing and brainstorming on new ideas.
7) Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure quality assurance.
8) Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and processes, addressing issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
9) Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
10) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage project backlog, sprint planning, and release management activities
11) Generating new business opportunities for company in existing projects/clients.
