Overview
We are seeking a skilledTechnical Business Analystwith a minimum experience of5 yearsto bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation in ourAI-focused company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding ofartificial intelligenceconcepts,machine learningmodels, anddata sciencepractices, along with a knack for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions that meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, gather requirements, and identify opportunities where AI solutions can provide value.- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable tasks for development teams, ensuring alignment with AI and data science practices.
- Conduct feasibility analyses on AI projects, working closely with data scientists and AI engineers to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, process flows, and data mappings, to support project development and implementation.
- Collaborate with product management to prioritize feature requests, ensuring that they align with the organization’s AI strategy and business goals.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to processes, ensuring optimal utilization of AI technology and resources.
- Develop and execute test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation processes to ensure AI solutions meet quality standards and business
Qualifications
Candidate Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and data processing techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex business issues using AI.
- Proficient in creating clear, structured documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage tasks, user stories, and workflows.
