About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical testing of applications, focusing on RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), NoSQL databases, and file-based storage systems. You will also develop and execute automation tests to validate system performance, functionality, and security, while collaborating with the development team to ensure smooth deployment and debugging of new features.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: HYBRID (Ahmedabad or PUNE)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical testing of applications, focusing on RDBMS, NoSQL, and file-based storage systems.
• Develop and execute automation tests to validate system performance, functionality, and security.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for issues related to databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and debugging of new features.
• Optimize test frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement in test automation strategies.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with database testing, including RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in database performance and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or SQL for automated testing and debugging. Basic exposure to Python scripting is required.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with data security, compliance, or data masking tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Exposure to performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
• Ability to write and review technical documentation for testing and support processes.
