Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer to lead development efforts, guide technical teams, and ensure high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both frontend and backend development, along with the ability to manage clients and mentor a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable web and mobile applications.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Design system architecture, optimize application performance, and ensure high standards of security and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing tech stacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing client interactions.
