About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus at least 5 year of experience as a Sr Service Desk Analyst/SME, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
- Ability to support 24*7.
- Demonstrates advanced technical proficiency in resolving complex issues and providing expert-level support to end-users.
- Actively engage in training/mentoring and assisting analysts, contributing to the technical skill development of the team.
- Responsible for overseeing a group of individuals/direct reports and their professional development
- Focus on day-to-day operations, task delegation, and ensuring team members meet their goals.
- Act as Knowledge Base manager and run a check on KB repository at regular intervals
- Educate team on IT best practices & security protocols
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent researching and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, and determine solutions to business problems.
- Familiarity with IT service desk tools and technologies e.g active directory, O365 admin,SharePoint
- ITIL certification is preferred
- This position is based out of Noida,
- Occasional travel may be required.
- This position requires working on weekends, some holidays with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
- This position requires working in rotational shifts
