Team Lead Full Stack Developer

Overview

A Team Lead Full Stack Developer is responsible for overseeing the development team while actively contributing to both frontend and backend development. Their role includes technical leadership, project management, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

✅ Technical Leadership – Guide the team in architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
✅ Full Stack Development – Expertise in Frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and Backend (Node.js, Django, .NET, etc.).
✅ Database Management – Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
✅ DevOps & Deployment – CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
✅ Code Reviews & Mentorship – Review code, provide feedback, and support team members.
✅ Agile & Project Management – Sprint planning, task allocation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
