We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Team Lead Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team while working closely with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Handle client expectations, ensure satisfaction, and manage project timelines effectively.
• Review and manage the team’s progress, offering guidance and solving technical challenges.
• Architect and build both front-end and back-end components, with expertise in modern frameworks and technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack.
• Manage deployment processes, ensure system uptime, and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Ensure the team adheres to deadlines, development standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-end technologies: Experience with React, Next js, Angular, Vue.js
• Backend technologies: Proficient in Node.js, Express, NestJS, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Database systems: Solid experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Familiar with Version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments.
• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Soft Skills:

• Client handling experience: Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and handle complex client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions to clients.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Adaptability and openness to learning new technologies and practices.

Work Arrangement:

• 6 days working with flexible timings.
• Initial 1-2 months remote working, followed by Work from Office (WFO) after that.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
