Job Summary:

We are seeking a System and Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, network security, and high performance across all IT resources. The role also includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as managing CCTV and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and end-user systems.
• Perform software updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/system performance issues.

Network Administration:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal connectivity.
• Set up and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance by configuring firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Perform network audits, traffic monitoring, and security assessments.

CCTV & Surveillance System Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
• Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and retention of video recordings.
• Troubleshoot camera connectivity, power issues, and recording failures.
• Work with security teams to provide CCTV footage analysis when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
• Expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewall management).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and security configurations.
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV camera setup, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance software.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, or Fortinet Firewall are preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
