System Administrator Trainee

We are looking for a motivated System Administrator Trainee to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and network administration. The trainee will assist in managing hardware, software, and security protocols while troubleshooting technical issues.

Stipend: INR 10,000 for the first 3 to 4 months

Full-time position: Conversion to a full-time role will be based on educational qualifications and job performance feedback

Location: Bangalore/Nellore

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
• Support network setup, troubleshooting, and security maintenance under senior guidance.
• Help monitor server performance, system logs, and backups to ensure uptime.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
• Learn and assist with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends, security threats, and best practices.

• Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic Knowledge of IT Systems: Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.
• Decent Communication Skills: Ability to assist users and document technical processes.
• Willingness to Learn: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
